Saturday 1st June - Sunday 2nd June
11am - 5pm
After the success of last year’s Arts Trail, I’m really looking forward to welcoming lots of visitors to The Garage Studio, venue 17 of the trail.
I’m thrilled to be exhibiting the diverse work of two hugely talented 3D artists this year along with my own original paintings. Sculptor Susie Hartley will be exhibiting some of her amazing figurative sculptures and we will also have some of Jenny Wightwick’s delightfully quirky and original pottery and jewellery.
The Trail runs over two weekends: Saturday 25, Sunday 26 and Bank Holiday Monday 27 May when The Country Fair will also be in full swing in The High Street which will be abuzz with lots of fun things to see and do. We will be open again the following Saturday and Sunday June 1 & 2. Like most of the venues, we will be open from 11.00am to 5pm each day.
The garden proved to be so popular last year so fingers crossed for another sunny Summer. Nicky will be in the garden again for both weekends serving tea and coffee in delightful vintage crockery (so refined!) along with home-made cakes and cookies. Donations will once again go to SaFeR, the Steyning Area First Responders. Nicky is the magician behind the abundance of the garden and the gorgeous flower displays so is much better qualified than me to answer any horticultural queries this year!
